  1. Where can I purchase One4all Experience® gift cards?  
    You can purchase One4all Experience® Gift Cards online at
    www.One4all Experience.ie and in participating PostPoints and Topaz outlets nationwide. 

  2. How do I purchase One4all Experience® Gift Cards online? 
    Visit our website  at
    www.One4allExperience.ie, and use the “Buy Now” box on the top left of the homepage to select the type and quantity  of One4all Experience’s (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Elite) you wish to purchase. You can then go to checkout and simply complete the details as requested.

  3. I have received a One4all Experience® Gift Card, what do I do next? 
    The One4all Experience® Gift Card can be redeemed for selected experiences found on
    www.one4allexperience.ie.  Select your level of experience from the options found to the left of the homepage (Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Elite) and browse the One4all Experiences.  You may also select from a series of categories (Adventure, Escape, and Indulge) by using the buttons on the centre of the page.

    nce you have found the ideal One4all Experience for you, follow the booking instructions found in the ‘more info’ section. Bookings must be made directly with the experience provided, The Gift Voucher Shop do not make bookings on behalf of card holders When booking your experience with the experience provider you will be required to quote your reference number, experience level, and description of experience.

    pon the selected date of your One4all Experience, please ensure that you take your Gift Card with you.  This will act as your form of payment.  One4all Experiences will not be redeemable should this card not be presented.  

  4. When can I redeem my One4all Experience® Gift Card? 
    The One4all Experience® Gift Card will be available for use 2 working days after the date of purchase. Remember to keep note of the date of purchase.

  5. How can I find out if my One4all Experience® Gift Card has been activated?  
    You can check your One4all Experience® Gift Card activation by phone or online. The Balance Information number is Tel: 1890 930077. It is also available online at www.One4all.ie by clicking on the Gift Card Support Area. Please have your gift card number to hand when enquiring about your gift card balance.  One4all Experience Gift Cards are loaded with predetermined and set values.

    Platinum: €125 *
    Elite: €175 *

  6. Can the One4all Experience® Gift Card be topped up?   
    No. At this time the One4all Experience® Gift Card is a non reloadable card and cannot be topped up.

  7. Can the retailer give me cash back from the One4all Experience® Gift Card? 
    The retailer cannot provide cash back on the Gift Card. There should be a €0 balance remaining after a single One4all® Experience has been redeemed.

  8. Where are the One4all Experience® Gift Card Terms and Conditions? 
    The One4all Experience® Terms & Conditions can be found online at www.One4allExperience.ie.

  9. Will the retailer be able to tell me if my One4all Experience® Gift Card is still active? 
    No. Unfortunately a retailer will not be able to view the activation of a One4all Experience® Gift Card. It is advisable that you know whether your Gift Card is active by ringing the Balance Information number found on the back of the card. (Tel: 1890 930077) or view it online at www.One4allExperience.ie.

  10. Do I have to redeem the card for only one Experience?  
    Yes, the One4all Gift Card is only redeemable for a single Experience.

  11. What do I do ifmy One4all Experience® Gift Card is refused?    
    There may be some reasons why your Gift Card could be refused - there may have been an issue with the retailers card processing terminal or some flaw or error on the card To confirm activation of your Gift Card please contact the balance information line on 1890 930077.  If the card has been activated then please contact our Customer Service team on 01-8708111 to investigate further.

  12. When I check if my card has been activated online, I am asked for a 16 digit card number and password. Where can I find these?
    When you wish to check the status of your gift card online, you are asked for a 16 digit card number and password. The 16 digit card number is located on the front of your gift card and your password is the 3 digit number labeled "CVV2" on the back of the card. The “CVV2” number is located on the underneath of a scratch panel under the magnetic (black) strip on the right hand side of the card.

  13. Why is there a €2.00 fee when purchasing a One4all Experience® Gift Card in the Post Office? 
    The €2.00 fee is a service charge which covers some of the expenses incurred in providing our wide range of experience providers.  

  14. Why is there a €3.49 fee when purchasing One4all Experience® Gift Cards online?   
    The €3.49 fee is a service charge which covers the administration costs and cost of postage and packaging. The fee is charged per order and there is no limit to the number of cards you can order.

  15. Why is there a fee for re-issuing a One4all Experience® Gift Card? 
    The administration charge for the re-issue of an expired gift card is to cover the administration cost and the costs of postage and packaging.

  16. What are the advantages of One4all Experience® Gift Card? 
    The One4all Experience® Gift Card can be redeemed against anything from weekends away, driving lessons, spa treatments, and more.  The Gift Voucher Shop has taken great care to work with its experience providers in an effort to provide a range of experiences that are suitable for many ages, thrill seekers, or just those who are looking to get away.

  17. Where can I spend my One4all Experience® Gift Card? 
    One4all Experience® Gift Cards can be spent with many retailers nationwide. You can see all of the participating retailers listed in our One4all Experience® directory online at
    www.One4all Experience.ie. Please note that the retail listing may change from time to time.

  18. Can I spend my One4all Experience® Gift Card in Northern Ireland or the UK? 
    The One4all Experience® Gift Cards are only valid in the Republic of Ireland.

  19. If I order One4all Experience® Gift Cards online, when can I expect to receive delivery of my order? 
    Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday will, subject to credit card clearance, be dispatched for delivery within 3 working days when sent by standard post.  Next day delivery is available when sent by courier. Orders placed at the weekend and on public holidays will be handled on the next working day.

  20. Can I have my One4all Experience® Gift Card re-issued in the Post Office? 
    The Post Office do not have the facility to re-issue One4all Experience® Gift Cards.

  21. What time is the One4all Experience® customer service available? 
    Our customer service team are available from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1.30pm on Saturday.

  22. I’ve lost my One4all Experience® Gift Card, what is the procedure? 
    To report a lost or stolen One4all Experience® Gift Card, please call our Customer Service team immediately on 01-8708111. Please note you must have your card number in order for us to do this. A re-issue fee of €8.00 will apply, payable by cheque to The Gift Voucher Shop (GVS. GVS cannot accept any liability for deductions from your card that occurred prior to you notifying GVS with full details.

  23. My One4all Experience® Gift Card has been stolen, what can I do? 
    To report a lost or stolen One4all Experience® Gift Card please call our Customer Service team immediately on 01-8708111. Please note, you must have your gift card number in order for us to do this. A re-issue fee of €8.00 may apply. (Payable by cheque to The Gift Voucher Shop)GVS cannot accept any liability for deductions from your card that occurred prior to you notifying GVS with full details

  24. I have not received my order, what can I do?
    Please contact our customer service team on 01 8708111 to advise us of the delay.

  25. How long is a One4all Experience® Gift Card valid for? 
    One4all experience Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  26. Is it possible for me to upgrade my One4all Experience Gift Card?     
    Should you wish to upgrade or change your experience category, please contact The Gift Voucher Shop’s customer service team on 01 870 8111.  Existing card balances can be used as part payment. Additional fee’s may be incurred for postage and administration.

  27. How do I book my One4all Experience?
    Experiences are booked directly with One4all Experience providers.  Descriptions of Experiences can be found on www.one4allexperience.ie.  All bookings are subject to availability. 

    To secure bookings with an Experience Provider, in some cases a credit card number will be requested.  Should you fail to attend on your scheduled Experience Booking date, booking fees/deposits previously agreed will be forfeited.
